JOOMLA XTC MediaCenter Module Help

I have the Joomlaxtc mediacenter module istalled on the Joomla site in multiple formats and locations. When i swith the joomla site to SEO Friendly URLs (YES) it disables ALL of the Joomlaxtc mediacenter modules…I need to know the reason for this and the fix.
