CSS not displaying. Strange path "/sites/all/themes/…/style.css …

Just beginning to theme my new drupal 6.13 install and for some reason my CSS isnt showing up? I noticed after all the styles and janascript that it is adding a ?W to the end of each file. Might that the be problem? Here is what I mean: …
